A Few of My Favorite Books

As I was journeying through so many different sites and thinking about what I wanted to blog about this evening, I stumbled upon Mrs. Rundle's Favourite Books Linky Party.  Then I came across this post on her favorite books using GLOGSTER.  Glogster is an awesome website (I had learned about it first several weeks ago at a GT conference) where teachers and students can create posters of whatever it is they are learning about using all sorts of graphics.  It's free for teachers (YAY!!!!!) and it's an great way of integrating technology into the classroom.

Some of the above books include my childhood favorites (Where the Red Fern Grows), some I read in highschool that I still love today (Farenheit451) and some I read as an adult (Harry Potter).  Can't wait to check out all of the links and get some good ideas about books to read!

  1. Thanks for linking up! I'm following you now (it's good to find more blogs at our grade level). I'd love to send you your "loot bag" for linking up, but I can't find your email. If you email me at jenrunde(at)yahoo(dot)com, I'll send it to you.
